08/08/2011 - Seminar: visualize your business processes

Opteon organizes a seminar on September 20th 2011 about the modeling of business processes with Microsoft Visio.

Large ERP solution providers such as SAP have devised a number of modeling techniques to support communication between key stakeholders during the requirement and implementation phases of the implementation projects. So far focus has been given to tools that integrate strongly with the technical side of the software suites without bothering about user friendliness and generality.

Opteon now combines the low threshold of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Microsoft Visio and Access, with the rigor of a business process repository by applying the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) standard. Through simplification, standardization and automation the workload for modeling business processes is drastically reduced.

We invite you to the seminar that will introduce the A2V tool and methodology to you. The A2V tool allows you to model, analyze, execute, monitor and if necessary adapt your processes to reach your corporate objectives.

At this seminar we will show you a live demo of:
- synchronization of the A2V tool  with the SAP Solution Manager
- ease of use in modeling business processes using the A2V tool

Opteon welcomes you on Tuesday September 20th as from 15h00 in the castle of Zwijnaarde (Ghent).  Among the first 20 subscribers for this seminar, Opteon will draw a prize so that the winner can look forward to a wonderful gift allowing you to escape from the daily stress.
