Inspired by the best
Opteon was founded in 2006 by Olivier Van Gompel and Peter Vervaecke. Their experience as senior consultant and trainer in ERP systems (mainly SAP™) was combined with the financial strength and business experience of the Threon group. A new initiative was born under the name “Opteon”, inspired by the latin word “optimus”, which means “best”.
